With npower you have a number of service options as no
central heating or hot water can be pretty miserable. If your boiler breaks down
or your central heating is not working, their team of engineers will sort it our quickly and efficiently. npower
offer a choice of pay as you go central heating repairs from £67.50*, including call-out,
the first half hour’s labour and VAT or Fixed Price repair from £171** which (covers
repairs up to the value of £600 including callout, parts, labour and VAT).
*If further
work is required the engineer will provide a quote for the additional time and materials required to repair your boiler. Labour
costs are £44 per half hour plus the cost of any parts.
**Usual Fixed Price Repair price is £191 or
£171 for npower energy customers. The Fixed Price Repair covers repairs up to the value of £600 (including callout,
parts, labour and VAT). If the value of the repair is greater than £600, the engineer will provide an additional quotation
for the work during the appointment. The customer then pays the Fixed Price Fee for the first £600 of work (including
callout, parts, labour and VAT) plus the additional quote.
