John Lewis Home Insurance Review.

John Lewis Home Insurance is a part of the John Lewis Partnership (John Lewis, Waitrose, and John Lewis Financial Services). Until the 01/10/2010 they traded under the name Greenbee but the name has been changed to stop confusion with customers. They offer a select range of financial, services, including Home, Car, Pet, Travel, Wedding, Event and Life Insurance. The bespoke range of products are provided by industry experts and share the same values of quality, honesty and reassurance as the John Lewis Partnership.

They believe that customer will gain value from being able to source these services direct from a company they trust. Just like the John Lewis and Waitrose stores their customers can trust the insurance side to offer products and services that are both excellent quality and good value. This division of the group always aim to deliver these with the same high level of service that customers expect from the John Lewis Partnership.

John Lewis Home Insurance offers the following service:

• Home Insurance - with cover for both buildings and contents.

Many features come as standard (such are personal possessions covered away from the home) meaning you do not have to pay extra. They aim to quote for as many customers as possible, and their home insurance policy covers all postcodes, all ages, and homes with up to six bedrooms.

80% of J.L customers rate their service ‘Very good’ or ‘excellent’. 83% of their Home Insurance customers renew their policies with them which is significantly better than the industry average of 70%.

John Lewis offer Personal Possessions cover up to £5,000 anywhere in the world, or up to £15,000 for an additional premium.
