Choose the level of cover you need – premier or standard
M&S Pet Insurance premier cover provides
you with their highest level of cover, allowing you to claim up to £7,000 in vet fees each year. This limit is reinstated
annually, as long as you renew with them each year and cover continues to be made available to you. Premier also includes
high cover limits on a range of other features - plus you’re insured if you take your pet abroad.
M&S Pet
Insurance Standard cover offers up to £4,000 towards vet fees each year with a limit of £1,000 per condition for
each illness/injury. Like the premier policy, standard cover is also reinstated to £4,000 annually, as long as you renew
with them and they continue to offer you cover, but there are lower cover limits on other features.They’re with your
pet for the long termCaring for a pet with a long-term condition can be distressing, so you can do without the added worry
of paying for ongoing treatment.
With M&S Pet Insurance, you’re covered for ongoing treatment throughout your
pet’s lifetime – there’s no time limit on a particular treatment. And they won’t withdraw cover just
because your pet is getting older – as long as you renew with them each year and cover continues to be made available
to you, they’ll carry on providing cover for your pet. Medical advice – just a phone call awayAll M&S Pet
Insurance policies include access to vetfone™ – a freephone 24 hour pet helpline, manned by qualified veterinary
nurses. You can call at any time of day or night for guidance on the condition of any pet you're responsible for, not
just your own. They will provide advice on care and treatment, and help you decide whether it’s necessary to visit a
vet.
Extra support
M&S Pet Insurance gives you access to bereavement support in the event of the loss of a pet,
plus pet-related legal advice and information about local pet care providers.
Pay by monthly instalments – at no
extra costYou can spread the cost of your pet insurance over 12 months by paying by Direct Debit – and they won't
charge you more to do this.

 M & S Pet Insurance only covers cats and dogs. The pet insurance policy will not cover existing conditions.
If you insure more than one pet you will get a 5% discount for each additional pet you insure with marks and spencer. The
premier pet insurance covers you if you want to take your pet on holiday with you to Europe.
