Scottish Building Society made a profit after tax of £601,000. This was after a provision for the FSCS of £95,000.

During the year 3 properties were repossessed resulting in losses of £81,000

Membership numbers rose to 37,400 and gross lending was 20 million higher at £59 million than the year before.

Management expenses were 1.29%.
