you get a real bank account with real Direct Debits and Standing Orders, meaning you can save up to £230.56* per year
on bill payments. Our predictable banking service ensures there are no unexpected bank charges, as we do not charge for bounced
Direct Debits/Standing Orders. The account also helps you to manage your finances, as it has no overdraft facility, which
means there are no overdraft charges.
The Prepaid Bank Account also provides you with a Prepaid MasterCard®
giving you ‘2 money pots’ to enable you budget effectively. So, in essence, once you’ve catered for all
your monthly bills you can transfer the remaining monies onto your prepaid card. As well as ad-hoc transfers as and when you
require them, you can even set up a scheduled monthly load to transfer funds to your card. This leaves you with complete peace
of mind, knowing that your bills are taken care of and the rest of the money is yours to spend. You can even transfer money
back from your card to your account, free of charge, if the need arises, e.g. an unexpected bill.
You can request
additional cards** on your account which can either be linked to a shared pot of money or have its own pot, with its own scheduled
monthly load.

As your card is a Prepaid MasterCard® you can use it at over 28.5
million locations worldwide and online, wherever you see the MasterCard® logo. You can also use your card at any ATM where
you see the MasterCard® logo (50p charge for each withdrawal).
Paying money into your Prepaid Bank Account
is free of charge (unlike most Prepaid Card providers) and couldn’t be easier. - For cash, simply take your Prepaid MasterCard® to a Payzone outlet (over 20,000 in UK). They will swipe your
card and take the cash to pay into your account. Cash paid in before 10pm will, in most instances, be credited to your
account as cleared funds by the end of the following day.
- Alternatively
you can make cash or cheque deposits at any Barclays branch, providing you use your Secure Trust Bank paying slips. Funds
paid in at Barclays will be credited to your account within seven working days.

As a UK bank, we are required
under Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation to make sure that we are not knowingly providing banking services to the
criminal world i.e. fraudsters, terrorists and money launderers. To do this we have to perform various checks to confirm your
identity and residency.
In most instances we can complete this electronically, however, in some circumstances we
will require you to send original documentation to us as proof of your identity or residency.
